Home Depot S.W.O.T Analysis

In this project, I presented on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of Home Depot in the winter 2022. My teammates and I spent over a month preparing for this and took time to dig into our research. I loved digging into the industry of home repair while also thinking about corporate solutions and ways to better the company. Throughout this project I was able to compare and contrast company strategies and policies to discover what the most efficient methods are.
